SECTION C: Mental Health and Disclosure
At Birdsong, we believe in changing how society views people living with mental illness. While we strongly believe that it is courageous to share your struggles with mental health, please know that this section is completely optional and will not affect your selection. Also know what we adhere to the confidentiality laws in every proving and territory.

By submitting this application, you agree that the Birdsong – David Martin New Music Foundation can share your application with our Board of Directors and Music Voting Board. If selected, you give us permission to use your name, demo footage, and completed music for release and publication, while you retain all copyright.
